DSR Charges Forward at GVAT. Progress Continues for Dominic and the 30s

Back at GVAT. Chasing a Better Finish

We rolled into GVAT focused on one thing. Improvement. After a packed early-season schedule filled with new tracks and tough competition, our first-generation team continues to learn fast and make meaningful gains on the 30s.

Each week brings new challenges. Each week, we’re getting better.

Heat Race Hustle. Climbing Through the Field

After hot laps, we made some needed adjustments. The 30s showed speed right away, but once again, pill draw luck wasn’t on our side. Starting P7 in the heat meant work to do.

With only one caution slowing things down, Dominic stayed smooth and consistent, working his way forward to a P4 finish.

After the heat, the feedback was clear. The car felt strong. Only minor adjustments were needed to stay ahead of changing track conditions heading into the A-main.

A-Main Battle. Staying Smart and Moving Forward

Lining up P12 out of 23 cars, we knew this would be a fight.

Early in the race, a caution shuffled things around, dropping us back to P15. Dominic stayed patient and focused.

Through three more cautions and plenty of tight racing, Dominic kept the 30s clean and out of trouble. Lap by lap, he worked his way forward, ultimately bringing it home with a solid P10 finish.

A strong, smart drive that showed real progress.

Looking Ahead

Running new tracks week after week isn’t easy. But it’s shaping this team into something stronger.

The progress is real. The momentum is building.

Trackside Takeaways

  • Progress doesn’t always show up as a trophy. Sometimes it shows up in smarter driving, better adjustments, and moving forward when it counts. This night checked all three boxes.
  • We improved positions in both the heat and the A-main. The car responded well to changes. Most importantly, we’re proving we can compete and adapt at new tracks against tough fields. That’s how you build a contender.
